Faction Rules
Last Updated: 08/03/2024
(1) Faction Courtesy⦿Leadership Values
  • There is a maximum script role cap of 1 Leader and 1 Co-Leader.
  • Faction leaders are expected to be role models for their factions and ensure all members follow the rules.
  • Faction leaders who are not capable of controlling their factions can lose their position.
  • Faction leaders must also ensure that newcomers go through an outsider stage, and avoid mass recruiting. (Gangs)
  • Factions involving police agencies shall not exploit any catered systems e.g. weapons, faction bank, and shall not rush-taze in confrontation with armed suspects. (Police)

(2) Attack RulesTo summarize:

⦿ Regular Attacks have a 1-hour cooldown.
  • Solo attacks are forbidden.
  • The regular attack cooldown is not per faction but general. If you attack Gang A, then you need to wait 1-hour before attacking Gang B.
  • You are expected to take cover in attacks, and not circle-shoot, or rambo.
  • Every faction must have attack and defense logs on their discord server.
  • During a drive-by, the driver of the car is NOT allowed to ram players to have them killed, nor drive it around like a tank.
  • Robbing/Kidnapping another player counts as a provocation, not an attack.
(2.1) Payback Cooldown
If you choose to do nothing after being attacked, the aggressor faction can't unprovokingly attack you again until after 24 hours.

(2.2) Provocations rules
Getting caught tagging in enemy hood, initiating brawls, kidnappings and robberies count as provocations. If you provoke another faction, then their payback cooldown 24 hours on your faction will reset.

(2.2.1) Unofficial Provocation exception
Unofficial factions tagging a turf inside their assigned district does not count as provocation for the faction owning the turf.

(2.3) Attack and Brawl Sizes
The attacking party can't be two times (2x) the size of the defending party. The attacking party includes any potential allies.

⦿ Tip:
  • Use /checkattack on another faction to see how many people you can bring to an attack or brawl.
⦿ Examples:
  • Gang A is 4 people, then Gang B can attack Gang A with a maximum of 8 members.
  • Gang B and Gang C are allies and want to attack Gang A. Gang A is 4 people, then the combined attacking party of Gang B and Gang C can't exceed 8 people.
Logging attack logs should only affect the targetted faction:
If you attack Faction A in their turf but Faction B is also there chilling, then you log the attack only on Faction A and not on Faction B. However, if you attack both Faction A and Faction B in neutral territory, then you have to log the attack on both factions. For the defending side; if you chill in Faction A's turf as Faction B, and you are attacked, then you don't log the attack since it is not against your faction.

(3) Brawl Rules⦿ Brawls have a 60-minute cooldown.
  • You are expected to roleplay your injuries when your health is extremely low.
  • You are NOT allowed to use knives and knife back-stab exploits in brawls.
  • You are NOT allowed to use guns mid-brawl.
Example: you're in a losing fight and you take out your colt to shoot back.

(3.1) Brawl Sizes
The attacking party can't be two times (2x) the size of the defending party. The attacking party includes any potential allies.

(4) Faction Robbery RulesIf the party being robbed in a robbery is more than three, then it counts as an attack for the robbing party.

(5) Territory Rules⦿ Territories are divded into core and non-core territories. Core territories are not capturable by other factions and it is strictly forbidden for other factions to camp these turfs.

(5.1) Border Rules
You are only allowed to do territory capturing roleplay at enemy territory that border your own. You can only engage in territory capturing roleplay in non-core Territory.

⦿ Examples:
  • SBF is trying to capture FYB's Pizzastacks and calls on their friends from VLA come hang out with them. VLA has no border with Pizzastacks. VLA is therefore not allowed to hang around at Pizzastacks.
(5.2) Attacking Rules
Attacking enemies engaging in territory capturing roleplay on your own turf put you on a 1-hour cooldown against said enemies and on a 1-hour general cooldown against attacking other factions.

⦿ Examples:
  • SBF is trying to capture FYB's turf. FYB attacks SBF and kills most of SBF members. FYB can't attack SBF for another 1 hours. FYB can't attack any other faction either for 1-hour.
  • SBF is trying to capture FYB's turf. FYB attacks SBF but fails to kill SBF and most of FYB dies in the attack. FYB must now wait 1-hours before attempting another attack against SBF.
  • SBF is trying to capture FYB's turf. FYB attacks SBF but kills only half of the enemy party and most of the FYB party dies. SBF is still on FYB's territory. FYB may not attempt any other attack on SBF for 1-hours. However, FYB is still allowed to brawl SBF with members that are not on a RK cooldown.
(5.3) Territory Provocations
If you hang out an enemy territory, then it counts as a provocation and resets the enemy's payback cooldown on your faction (this does not reset the general 1-hour attack cooldown).
  • FYB attacks SBF and kills all them in a non-FYB territory. One hour later, SBF arrives at a FYB turf and engages in turf capturing roleplay. FYB's 24-hours payback cooldown against SBF resets due to the provocaiton.
(5.4) Dying while Capturing Turf
If a player get killed while engaging in territory capturing then that player may not return to that faction's territory or attack the faction for 2 hours

⦿ Examples:
  • Pizzastacks is owned by SBF. If FYB Member dies in Pizzastacks, then FYB Member can't return to any turf belonging to SBF for 2 hours.
  • Pizzastacks is owned by SBF. If FYB Member dies in Pizzastacks, then the FYB member can't attack SBF for 2 hours.

(6) Immersion Rules
  • You are not allowed to hood roleplay on roofs or camp on them.
  • You are not allowed to build fortifications or structures using furniture, unless it's inside an interior or enex.

(7) Faction CoupsYou must obtain the faction managment teams' consent in order to initate a coup for leadership.
