(Resolved) The server will not load...

Hi i have a problem where the server will not load and i just see the ip where the name shuld be and then i try to join i just constantly rertrys it is on on this serever all other work.
How do i fix that.

I tryied puting codsMP in gta and going on the server and it just showed some warnings and it flashed some times and crashed and after removing all it wont load the server
